Ground Hog Day: Time for another audit!

In February 2010, my husband and I had the experience of a NYS audit on our 2006 New York return. You can read the details of that audit experience here. It was successfully resolved in our favor.

Fast forward to February 2011, well, it's just like in the Groundhog Day movie: we got an almost identical audit notice on the exact same issue on our 2007 New York tax return.
